How We Work
We provide professional and confidential support at every stage of your case. We begin by understanding your situation, explain the options available to you and agree on the most appropriate way forward.

Tell Us About Your Case
Send us an email with a brief description of the support you require. For document translation, please attach the document. For interpreting, let us know the date, time and type of appointment.
We Review Your Enquiry
We will review your enquiry and confirm whether we can assist, together with the cost, availability and next steps.
We Agree the Next Step
Straightforward matters may be dealt with by email. If a discussion is needed, we will arrange a short telephone or online consultation.

Over 15 Years of Experience Supporting Communities
Equality for Community builds on more than 15 years of experience in interpreting, translation and community casework.
Our Director, Rafał Skarbek, previously spent 10 years as Chief Executive of Diversity Voice and has held senior roles within several community and charitable organisations in the South West of England.
His experience includes leading interpreting and translation services and supporting individuals and families with a wide range of matters, including family law, employment, tribunals, social security benefits, education and access to public services.
This extensive experience is at the heart of EFORC’s approach: professional, confidential and practical support tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.
